Yes. The best option is to park at the Downtown Carpark and then cross over the pedestrian bridge, or use public transport to Britomart/Wynyard Quarter and walk along the waterfront.

 The Park Hyatt is literally next door. Being in the heart of the city, there are plenty of CBD hotels within a 5–15 minute walk. Book early for best rates.

Outside of VIP inclusions, the event is not catered. Wynyard Quarter has loads of options: the restaurants along North Wharf, the Auckland Fish Market, and a nearby Woolworths Metro for quick bites.

Yes. Most of the recordings and slides are available with the Power Pack add-on (or included with applicable VIP packages). However please note due to licensing agreements not all speakers allow their presentations to be recorded.

Yes. The Viaduct Events Centre is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific needs, let us know in advance so we can help.
